Group Classes

We keep our classes small—maximum of 10 people—so we can give you personal attention that helps you work at your own pace and keeps you motivated to reach your personal fitness goals.

You can sign up for the complete course or attend on a drop-in basis. If there is room in the class, drop-ins are admitted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Power Yoga (Vinyasa flow-style yoga)
With an emphasis on breathing, movement and developing a solid body-mind relationship, this active class incorporates yoga poses to stretch and tone your body and mind. All levels welcome, work at your own pace. Bring drinking water, towel and yoga mat.

Anusara Yoga (Yoga of the heart)
Yoga has the power to stretch, strengthen and heal the body from the inside out. By tapping into universal principles, with a heart-oriented theme, each class focuses on good alignment of the body in the asana (yoga poses). It offers a path by which one can cultivate new growth, foster a true transformation, and discover one’s own heart.

The secret to Pilates lies in your core. By simultaneously contracting your ab muscles as you lengthen your spine, you create a strong foundation for your core. This conditioning program involves a series of exercises that develops strength and flexibility for your entire body. Every body benefits from Pilates.
